At Natural Things LLC, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via USPS. The delivery times are subject to USPS and may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Items:
Natural Things LLC is not liable for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Once the package is handed over to USPS, it is out of our control. We recommend contacting USPS directly for any shipping issues.

Order Changes:
Changes to your order are allowed only if the product has not yet shipped. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times are dependent on USPS and may vary. Please refer to the tracking information provided for the most accurate delivery estimate.

No Signature Required:
We do not require a signature upon delivery. Packages will be delivered to your specified address without the need for you to be present.
